Description
When I visited North Carolina this summer, I checked out an abandoned textile mill/factory that was slated to be demolished *very* soon. Indeed, it was practically a construction site when I got there, with equipment all set up to clean the place out to knock it down.
This stairway was my favorite part...my friend and I actually climbed up this skeleton of a staircase in order to see the upper floors of the building. And yeah, we definitely had to use the handrails.

but seriously, i love the color difference from the top half of the picture and the bottom half of the picture. that small change is pretty small but still pretty noticable.
